Frequently asked
Before you apply.
Commercial details vary by market, but the operating model stays clear.
Does Ayonix offer exclusive territories?
Exclusivity is not automatic. Where it is strategically justified, it is evaluated against a defined territory, capability, investment, revenue commitments, customer coverage and review terms.
How are margins and discounts determined?
Partner pricing reflects track, tier, product, service responsibility, annual plan and opportunity scope. Any discount, rebate or special bid support is documented in writing rather than published here.
Can we start with one product?
Yes. Most partners begin with the solution closest to their customer base, complete the relevant enablement, and add product families once delivery capability is established.
Who owns the customer relationship?
The partner normally leads its registered customer relationship. The roles for Ayonix presales, contracting, implementation, support and renewals are agreed for each commercial route.
Can Ayonix support a customer PoC?
Approved partners can request technical review, demo access, architecture guidance and remote PoC support. Scope, success criteria, data responsibilities, timeline and costs are agreed before work starts.
What happens after the application?
Ayonix reviews regional fit and capability, then arranges a partner discussion for suitable applicants. Approval is completed only after both parties accept the responsibilities and commercial terms.
Is Ayonix NIST certified?
No, and neither is anyone else. NIST runs evaluations and publishes reports on how submitted algorithms performed; it does not certify, approve or endorse vendors, and it maintains no approved-vendor list. Ayonix has participated in NIST face recognition evaluations, which means algorithms were measured β a claim of certification would describe something that does not exist.
