1. About this policy
This policy explains how Ayonix Corporation (“Ayonix AI”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on ayonix.com, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
It covers the categories set out by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in the UK by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and the disclosure and opt-out expectations of the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.
The short version
Ayonix sets four cookies. All four are either strictly necessary or remember a preference you chose yourself. We run no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers, and we do not sell or share personal information. One cookieless measurement script, Cloudflare Web Analytics, runs on the site and is described in section 5.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests. Related technologies do the same job by other means: local storage keeps data in the browser without attaching it to requests, and a pixel or tag loads a remote resource in order to record that a page was viewed. This policy uses “cookies” to mean all of them, and the tables below say which kind each entry is.
A first-party cookie is set by the site you are visiting. A third-party cookie is set by another organisation whose code the site loads. Ayonix sets only first-party cookies; the sole third party able to set a cookie on ayonix.com is Cloudflare, our infrastructure provider, and only in the circumstances described below.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the site to work or to keep it secure. They cannot be switched off, and under PECR and the ePrivacy Directive they do not require consent. Note that the record of your cookie choices is itself strictly necessary: without it we could not remember a refusal.

4. Functionality and preference cookies
These remember a choice you made so the site behaves the way you left it. They hold no identifier that we use to recognise you across sites, and they are not shared with anyone.

5. Performance and analytics cookies
Ayonix sets no analytics cookies
ayonix.com loads no Google Analytics, no tag manager and no third-party advertising or profiling tracker, and sets no analytics cookies. There is nothing to list in the tables for this category.
One measurement service does run on the site, and we name it here even though it sets nothing on your device. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on ayonix.com at the infrastructure level: Cloudflare inserts a small script into each page, which reports page views and page-load timings back to an endpoint on this domain. It records that a page was viewed and how quickly it loaded, not who viewed it.
The script stores nothing on your device — no cookie, no local storage, no session storage — reads nothing already stored there, and does not fingerprint your browser or follow you from site to site. Because it neither stores nor gains access to information on your device, it falls outside the consent requirement in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and regulation 6 of PECR. That is why it appears in no table above and is not gated by the preference dialog: there is no cookie to refuse.
Cloudflare processes what the script sends as our processor, and as the provider serving every request it can see your IP address whether or not the script runs. Our Privacy Policy describes that processing. Ayonix receives no identifier from it that would let us recognise you on a later visit.
We may introduce cookie-based analytics in future. If we do, this policy will name each cookie before it is set, the analytics category in the preference dialog will control it, and — because analytics cookies are not strictly necessary — nothing will be set until you have given consent. Our code already checks that setting before emitting any event.
6. Marketing and retargeting cookies
Ayonix sets none of these, and does not sell your data
We set no advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies, and we embed no advertising network. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Because no such sharing takes place, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism to operate — the answer is already no for every visitor.
Pages that embed third-party content, such as a video player or a map, can cause that provider to set its own cookies when the content loads. Where we embed anything of that kind we will name the provider in this policy first.
7. Managing your preferences
You can review and change your choices at any time. Withdrawing consent is as straightforward as giving it, and takes effect immediately.
Opens the preference dialog. Strictly necessary cookies stay on, because the site cannot function without them.
Deleting the ayonix-consent cookie in your browser also resets your choices, and the site will treat the question as unanswered.
8. Controlling cookies in your browser
Your browser can block or delete cookies for every site, independently of the controls above. The instructions differ by browser:
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you signing in and will stop us remembering that you refused anything else. Blocking the preference cookies simply means the site will not remember your language or appearance settings between visits.
9. Your rights
Where cookie data constitutes personal information, you have rights over it. Under the GDPR these include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and the withdrawal of consent at any time. Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA they include knowing what is collected, deleting it, correcting it, and non-discrimination for exercising any of them.
To exercise any of these rights, write to infojp@ayonix.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the cookies we set change, and the date at the top will change with it. A new cookie that is not strictly necessary will be named here, and consent obtained, before it is set.
