Ayonix AICA-Customer Analytics

Overview
People Counting, Age and Gender Statistics

AICA is a customer demographics application. AICA gives people counting, age, gender, expression of people and reports in user-friendly dashboard, event management tables and allows to export reports as pdf, xls, csv.

AICA works with AICAM FR camera or our AIBOX- face recognition box. Camera should be installed at a location where faces are visible and frontal. AICA Management application connects AIBOX devices and gathers information from each IP camera and generates user-friendly graphs in a Dashboard, generates daily, weekly, monthly reports.

AICA finds repeating customers, VIP customers, gives walking path of people and displays on a Google map. Repeat customer detection can be done per camera or between cameras. AICA is useful for occupancy detection, especially as a part of COVID-19 prevention. It counts number of people inside the store and number of people that go out of the store. If there is more than the established number of people inside, AICA warns customers to stop more entries. AICA analyzes all faces and categorizes people by their waiting time at the till or their walking path inside the store, gender, age and their expression.

Apart from other analytics devices, AICA provides analytics in more detail and does not require a specific hardware device except than AIBOX. Analytic results can be seen per camera or in total centrally. Demographic information is generated every hour so that you understand the current situation instantly.

Case Study
Bahrain Shopping Mall

Bahrain shopping mall, one of the biggest malls in Middle east is using our Face recognition to do customer analytics more than 10 gates inside the mall.

The initial challenge was the Arabian women who wore burka. We developed a special Burka detection and analyzer to cover the analysis of Arabian women.

Now, all incoming people are counted, analyzed and grouped based on their gender and ages.

Most busy days, most occupied zones inside the mall are extracted and displayed in the dashboard of the application.
