- Face recognition product development and sales
- AI agent and assistant SaaS services
- Agentic AI, RAG, LLM, multi-agent systems and MCP servers
- Video analytics and video management system design

## What technology and products does Ayonix build?

Four technologies underpin the range, and the products below are how they reach a customer - as software, as an appliance, or as a plugin inside a video management system the customer already runs.

- Face recognition
- AI agents
- Video analytics
- Embedded image and AI technologies
- Ayonix AI Agent
- Ayonix Face Recognition System
- Ayonix Public Surveillance
- Ayonix Video Analytics
- Ayonix VMS plugins for Genetec, Milestone and Network Optix

## How does Ayonix deliver its products to a customer?

There are three routes, and which one applies is usually decided by what the customer already owns rather than by what Ayonix would prefer to sell. The first is licensed software, integrated into a system the customer or their systems integrator is building. The second is an on-premise appliance, where the recognition runs on hardware inside the building and no footage leaves it. The third is a plugin, where Ayonix runs inside a video management system the customer already operates, whether Genetec, Milestone or Network Optix, and their existing cameras, storage and operator workstations stay exactly as they are.

The consultancy activity sits in front of all three. A face recognition deployment fails or succeeds on camera placement, lighting, enrolment quality and what happens when the system is not sure - none of which is a software feature, and all of which is decided before any software is chosen. Ayonix sells that work as its own engagement as well as carrying it out for its own deployments.

## Which companies make up the Ayonix group?

The Tokyo company is the parent. Two subsidiaries carry the business in their own regions, which is what lets a customer contract locally rather than across a border, in their own currency and under their own law.
