Ayonix is a Face Recognition company in Japan. As such, we cannot possibly know everything about what it takes to solve the many complex challenges facing today's surveillance and operations directors. So, Ayonix puts extra effort to assign  companies that are  capable of selling and supporting Ayonix products around the world. Ayonix partners introduce and provide Ayonix products to their customers, join tenders, assign subcontractors to grow their business so does Ayonix business. Ayonix will continue to expand its network of trusted partners which currently includes some of the leading value-added distributors, integrators, video management providers and other innovative technology companies. To apply for joining Ayonix networks,
First step is determining which Ayonix relationship best aligns with your company.
Ayonix networking programs are available to help you resell our face recognition solutions or distribute them to resellers; train customers on how to use them; and host them in a cloud environment.
You can also have or integrate your own products with Ayonix Face technologies allowing them to be marketed as a joint offering. Details on Ayonix partner relationship opportunities and supporting programs are listed below.

Ayonix partner relationship opportunities and supporting programs

Distributors buy products from Ayonix and sell them in their region. Customer support and all product support are given by Ayonix. Distributor responsibility is to sell Ayonix products effectively. Distributors get sales commission from each sale.
System integrators are Ayonix-trained development partners. They provide excellent integration of Ayonix-products with other systems. They work directly with end users from design to Maintenance. We provide them our Face recognition core SDK components, Ayonix development framework, Product SDKs whichever is appropriate for system integrators.
Ayonix works tightly with several OEM manufacturing companies such as camera manufacturers, System companies, and software vendors. OEM companies can be Hardware manufacturers or software companies which want to have their own products. OEM companies integrate Ayonix Face recognition into their own products with their company logo and brand name
System Solution partners develop face recognition solutions based on Ayonix products and propose their unique solutions to their clients. These solutions normally solve a problem of customer which is unique for that specific customer. For example, Russian banks have loan problems. A person get loan from bank with a fake ID card and then disappear. Banks wants to find a solution to prevent these. Japan convenience stores have shoplifting problem. Football association in Turkey is suffering from holigans. There are many local problems. Solution partners develop solutions for these local problems in the region. Ayonix helps partners to do so.

What are the steps to work with

After company business portfolio is checked and after initial company inspection, we follow up the following steps to start our partnership.

1. Sign up NDA and Distributorship agreement(1year and then update once in three years)
2. Send Ayonix product catalogs, presentations, sales materials, demo application for customer demo
3. Train the technical and sales people of the distributor. Training is done in Ayonix Tokyo HQ.

3. Send appropriate SDK package, package manuals
4. Open Customer support portal for login

4. After product development, sign up support agreement
