General DescriptionAyonixFD SDK is a Face detection SDK that detects the locations and size of human faces in digital images or in camera streams. It detects facial features and ignores anything else.
Face detection is the process of automatically locating human faces quickly and reliably. Face detection software finds human faces, marks them and helps users to archive faces, track and group them. It takes VGA size image as input and returns face coordinates in real time.
Face detection is used in biometrics, often as a part of a facial recognition system. It is also used in video surveillance, human computer interface and image database management. Some recent digital cameras use face detection for autofocus.
